Antonella’s B&B is the place where the guest, along with the family, can spend a holiday enjoying the nature and peace offered by the countryside in Tuscany getting the opportunity to travel between beaches and the most beautiful and interesting towns like Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca which are all within 30 minutes drive.
The owners welcome You with kindness and simplicity and will put all the necessary, and even more , efforts to make You stay relaxing and, for sure, unforgettable..

The residence, despite close to the owners’ property, is well independent and will certainly offer You enough privacy to enjoy You holiday fully.Inside the residence You can find 1 bedroom, washroom, kitchen, and a sofa bed .
It’s completely furnished with TV LCD, satellite, stereo, Internet with WIFI system connection.The outside location is among the green fields and relaxing hills, where, in summer season, a swimming pool with chairs, umbrellas and towels is available for the guests and a nice terrace where to stay while reading a good book, drinking good Chianti wine n tasting the wonderful flavours of typical home made dishes, will make the stay more and more pleasant .

Pets are the most welcome and they can take advantage of the fields to run with complete freedom.Among the other facilities already mentioned, last but not least two bicycles for adults are at full disposal.Our guests can also enjoy the fishing in the nearby small lakes…enjoy very relaxing walks in the typical pine woods, make shopping in the small shops and visit famous villages like Vinci, where the famous Leonardo born n lived and where a dedicated museum is available, Terme di Casciana, an excellent, natural beauty farm famous all over the world, Medieval Villages like Vicopisano, S. Maria a Monte, Rota where also local festivals are available throughout the summer period.

PRICES 2007 :EUR 50 - 70 Per night
and EUR 250 - 300 Per week

They’re inclusive of cold and hot water, final cleaning, heating, electricity and linen.
Linen will be changed on weekly basis unless specifically required.

CHECK IN ET CHECK OUT:
The residence will be available after 3.00 p.m. of the arrival date and must be left free within 10.00 a.m. of the departure day, unless otherwise agreed with the owners.
For weekly stay the arrival and departure day is Saturday.

CONDITIONS:
Reservation is confirmed only after the clear receipt of the same by fax or by e-mail and only after the advanced partial payment of the 30% of the full cost .
In case of booking cancellation :
Before 30 days of the arrival date , the advanced payment will be totally refund
After 28 days of the arrival date, the 30% of the advanced payment will not be reimbursed.
